"Dear Rob
More recently I have had the occasion to measure gains and successes since launching my PR campaign, ‘White Lady Sings The Blues’.
Upon reflection, one notes a variety of opportunities to showcase my repertoire were a consequence of you having opened those doors.
For example, working with you at The Diamond Jubilee Ball with The National Trust and private dinner function with the former NSW Premier, Bob Carr and Mrs. Helena Carr (at Old Government House).
Your ability to bring a sense of occasion and pain staking attention to protocol makes working with you memorable
I am conscious that a number of irreplaceable professional moments were made possible by yourself and set the platform upon which I am now building. For that I owe you a debt of gratitude.
It is my privilege to commend you to others as one who gets the job done and seizes the day well before it has dawned.
Sincere regards,

"Dear Rob
Thank you for your presentation last Friday morning, entitled ‘21 Small business Success Tips That Get FAST Results’ at Endeavour Business SWAP.
Your style and materials are always refreshing and challenging to meet the needs of each group. Our members and guests learnt 21 key ideas and bonus concepts in about 30 minutes.
The key thing I noticed was how comfortable you were with your own material sighting plenty of examples, yet allowing us the time to absorb them and referring to people names throughout your talk.
A clear indication of the notes you took about them when they were introducing themselves in our opening welcoming session.
Thank you for helping kick off 2005 as one of our lead speakers.

"Dear Rob
Thank you for kicking off the year as one of our lead speakers.
On behalf of the Illawarra Business SWAP, thank you for your presentation, ‘21 Small business Success Tips That Get FAST Results’ last Wednesday.
I have seen you over the years in a host of varied situations and presentations. It is always a pleasure to have you speak to this group and I believe this presentation marks the firth time in six years.
Your manner of keeping things on track with one point every minute and a slight break after five points to review before going on to the next five points proved beneficial to many attending.
There is no doubt that the style of your presentation will get them thinking about the four or five major points of your presentation as it relates to their own businesses

"Dear Rob
Some 33 Rotarians and guests were enthralled with your presentation, ‘Small Business Success Tips That Get FAST Results’, Tuesday evening.
Crisp, concise, action packed, thought provoking and spot on, both in time and tips, which would get fast results very simply.
It was great to have everyone in the room being a part of your interactive presentation and as relevant to Rotarians as it is to small businesses.
For a club like ours that is 55 years old, it is even more important than it is to a much younger club
Your invaluable help has increased our membership in the last six months by 10 % with further members in the pipeline”.

Australian Institute of Management - Professional Development Series
"Dear Rob
I first heard you speak at an Australian Institute of Management meeting at Parramatta where you presented 'The Art of Personal and Professional Marketing'.
That AIM meeting commenced a trail of networking that has generated valuable contacts for me.
What a positive response I have had to your suggestion to write two letters a day. This was one of the strategies you offered at the AIM meeting and I have practised it ever since....the response has been amazing.
They are obviously not accustomed to receiving real letters in an envelope, with a stamp and are always delighted to receive such personal recognition of our meeting.
I shall continue to make two letters (sent out to new contacts) a personal activity target".

North Sydney Chamber of Commerce Breakfast
"Each year, our Chamber holds dozens of morning, afternoon and evening events for members and guests.
We were delighted to welcome Rob Salisbury as our July speaker in front of our largest breakfast yesterday. This letter is in reference to his contributions and value to our Chamber in recent months.
Despite the chill of Sydney winter mornings and many members being away for school holidays, we knew Rob Salisbury’s content and delivery would draw a crowd and we were not disappointed.
Rob's topic, "Strategic Referral Marketing' was both entertaining and enlightening. From the outset, his keen sense of timing and humour had the corporate to small business audience listening, taking notes and interacting with each other in an environment that was inviting and fast paced.
His professional manner in working with us to bring this breakfast series together included a face-to-face briefing, pre-event marketing and post event review.
This enabled our Chamber team to concentrate on organising the venue, event registrations, member and guest focus plus promotion of future events on our Chamber calendar to a larger audience.
This proved to be a successful formula and good reflection upon our Chamber.
Regarding his presentation, a definite plus was his use of visual aids, his supporting references to his talk and the interaction with the audience in individual and group participation exercises. This added the ‘WOW’ factor with members calling and e-mailing us of their enjoyment.
I can easily recommend Rob to any organization in need of a highly polished and easy to work with professional speaker. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions on 612 9958 5595 or e-mail .".

"Dear Rob
Your 'Power of Personal and Professional Marketing' workshop in May 2003 was a turning point in my business.
Since attending the October workshop we have successful designed the following:
- A company profile
- A personal professional profile
- A press kit
- A product called “52 Publicity Opportunities to Promote Your Business”
- Two Media Workshops, one for non-profit associations, and another for business.
Both include a tailored power point presentation and a 26 page work book
called 'Make A Splash With Little Cash', and 'Let’s Get Visible'.
Moreover, the workshops provide an additional promotional opportunity for my new book, 'From Glass Slipper to Glass Ceiling'.
Furthermore, my book and products are promoted and sold on our piece de resistance; that’s right, our recently launched company website!
Yet another promotional tool developed following your workshop. In ways too numerous to mention, your workshops have pointed me in the right direction".

I gained incredible insights by attending your session on 'The Eight Core Competencies', 15th of August 2002.
I like being reminded of the competencies (as) it gives me the fuel to practice daily until I have mastered each one of them.

Dear Rob
Well, I have finally done it....I have taken the step and moved into sales.
I am both very excited and enthusiastically scared. After over 20 years of being behind the scenes in operations, marketing, production and administration, I have taken the first steps to sales as a new career option.
Your weekend course in mid June was the final catalyst for me making the decision. The course helped me learn a number of key insights on personal marketing, confidence in presenting myself and changing some old concepts and personal insecurities towards sales and meeting new people and customers.
I have no doubt that I am headed towards great success and already have a few wonderful "mini" successes to show for it since late June. Great to see you back in Canberra recently and I look forward to seeing you again in the near future.

Thank you for a stimulating and powerful 1/2 day workshop on Saturday afternoon...WOW !!!.
I have been to a number of training programs over the years. Your 'Power of Personal Marketing' seminar really got me thinking about the importance of marketing ME as the expert in my field and what our company can do for our many clients and customers.
The seminar workbook and handouts are especially valuable for people in business...the ideas you shared cut through what I call "possibilities fog" and got right to the point. Your focus on real life situations and immediate response answers has clearly been fine tuned from working over the years in Australia and around the world.

It has been about 4 months since my team and I started working with you and this letter is regarding the impact that we have experienced during this time.
Your workshop in early February inspired us to consider making some painful changes in our business plan. Our direction in terms of marketing and sales approaches to our customers and potential clients had become lazy during the good times and we knew a change was needed.
I am thrilled to report that we have gained a number of new clients that has been very helpful to our cash flow since starting to work with you in late February.
We recently secured two more large building projects that are in the $700,000 range and there is even more in our "pipeline" that we are working on.
Thanks for your continued follow up and advice for our business. See you on our next trip to Sydney."
